Instructions
First you will want to make the yeast dough by adding the dry ingredients together.
Warm up the milk for the yeast, but not to hot to kill the yeast. If you out your finger in it should feel comfortable.
Melt your butter and add your wet and dry ingredients together.
Line your cake form with baking paper. Pour the batter into your 9 x 9 inch square form and spoon jam unto the batter.
Prepare your Streusel by combining the flour, cold butter, sugar, salt and vanilla flour. Knead them roughly together and crumble them over your batter.
Bake at 390 F or (200 C) for 35 minutes until the top layer is crispy and the dough risen.
