Potato Egg Tuna Salad

Potato Egg Tuna Salad

A simple potato salad with egg and tuna. Trust me, it won’t taste fishy since we are only using one can of tuna.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 500 g boiled potatoes
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 jar black or green olives
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 4 dill pickles
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut your boiled potatoes into cubes and place them into a big bowl.
  2. Cute your pickles, olives and eggs into small pieces and place them into a bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl add your mayonnaise, mustard and seasoning and mix them thoroughly.
  4. Open a can of tuna and drain it well. I prefer to buy tuna in it’s brine instead of oil. Add the tuna to the big bowl.
  5. Pour your mayonnaise mixture to the big bowl with potatoes and give it a good mix.

Notes

Depending on how much mayonnaise you like in your salad is up to you. Feel free to add more mayonnaise if the salad seems dry.
