Ingredients

250g Butter
2cups of sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1cup Flour
4 Eggs
1/2cup Dark Cocoa
200g of Dark Chocolate
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Cream sugar and butter together until the sugar is incorporated.
Add your Eggs one at a time to avoid splitting the mix.
Add your Vanilla Essence and salt to the batter.
Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix well.
Now finally the most important part chop your chocolate into rough chunks. You don’t want them to small or else they will just blend in.
Pour your batter into a 8 x 8 Pan and bake your brownies between 20-25 min. I like to go for the shorter time. The way i check mine is pressing the middle a little and wiggle the pan. If it doesn’t jiggle too much it’s done. The toothpick test might be hard here, because of your melted chocolate will make you believe that it is done.
Notes
You can you any type of chocolate. If you prefer milk chocolate in your brownies, then I suggest to only do 1 1/2 cup of sugar, since it will be too sweet. You do you!
