Chicken Paprika Cream Sauce

Easy Chicken Paprika Sauce for the family. This dish is done under 30 minutes and is a great dish when you are running out of time for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 650g chicken breast
  • 2 bell peppers (red & yellow)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut your onion into fine cubes.
  2. Core your bell peppers and cut into stripes.
  3. Cut your chicken breast into thin stripes.
  4. Add oil to a pot and add your onion and bell pepper to cook until they are tender.
  5. Once cooked take them out and put a little oil to fry your chicken. Once chicken is half cooked, your bell peppers and onions to eat.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and add your minced garlic to it.
  7. Add sour cream and cream to your sauce. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
